We started the home buying process from Northern California. We were unable to see any of the properties in person and had to buy sight unseen. Marci did a wonderful job getting us video walkthroughs of the properties in a timely manner. She also answered any and all questions that we had no matter how silly they seemed. Marci was able to maintain an accurate timetable for our move out here and closing date. She worked closely with us to get all inspections and necessary repairs done as quickly as possible.

Bocanegra knows the Jacksonville, NC area but will not tell you the property is in a bad neighborhood. You drive over 4 hours to find out the neighborhood is not good. Not even close to good.
